问题:今天写了一封邮件给客户:表达知道美国疫情严重,我们可以提供口罩,客户需 不需要口罩,如果需要,请提供私人住宅地址来接受口罩。之前催确认PI一直不回复,这次回 复我了,并且再和我讲价,说从中国来的病毒疫情期,现在从中国买,冒着风险,你们没有 折扣吗?我应该怎么回复呢?我是不想给折扣的。

回复思路:在谈判特别是砍价的时候哭穷,我们一定要记得要哭得比较客户还穷就能成 功堵住客户砍价,从而带来新的生机。

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,

Do you believe I already gave you the discount without reducing the prices?

Due to the Outbreak, we have to suffer a lot from it, especially the increasing the material cost. Now we have to pay at least 3-5% more for the material, anyway as a professional and responsible sales, I still keep my promise to give you the same price.
