案例11寄了免费样品客户不去清关也不回复

问题:免费给客户寄样品后,客户不去清关反而还不理我们了,如何跟进?

① 样品还没有解决清关(我们自己联邦账号,免费寄样)

② 客户电话不怎么接;(打电话差不多是跟进客户样品清关的事情)

③ 接下来我要怎么跟进客户,让客户尽快下单付款

回复思路:未成交新客户宁愿没单也不要寄免费样品,不管客户说得多漂亮,收样品费 是大公司做法,不收反而会让客户觉得我们是小公司,客户也只会当我们是傻瓜看待。记得: 永远不要免费寄样,因为客户一点都不心痛。

现在跟进客户(利用道德话术看能不能让客户受到点道德上的谴责)

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,

Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well.

Time flies, it has been more than one month after we sent you the samples of our Xxx Products.

I am very sorry but after several times following your order without your reply, I felt a little upset, I always imagine that kindness should exchange kindness, favorable policy should exchange orders.

I really hope the favorable policy (free samples) that we offered to you should exchange your respect but not only silence and ignorance, do you prefer all the suppliers charge the sample cost from you in the future? Things should not happen with this way, you are forcing to do things in a business way but not more friendly way, but when we really do the business way then you must ask us to do more friendly way.

Life is always: people would just pay more attention to the Paid Things but not the free things. (God should not guide to do things like this, right? ), things happen like this way just because the people are acting like what you are doing to us.

So I really hope you could come back to us, sure if you meet the difficult then we could help each other again to solve it.
