案例82客户比价

问题:给客户报了价再跟进的时候,客户明确回复说在和其他供应商比较价格,这周之 内给回复。这种情况下怎么跟进好呢?谢谢

回复话术:

Sure I can totally understand your concerns, as your professional and responsible sales, at this moment I would very love to offer you my help with my professional product knowledge and experience:

If possible and you don't mind, would you please share me their quotation details (sure you can delete their company name or any other information that you think necessary) but please keep the specifications, pictures and prices, they are totally enough for me to give you the advise. (It is not a bad thing that have one more opinion especially it is from a professional seller who should have something that you probably need ).

Sure we are accept any suggest and new ideas that will help us to improve ourselves and move the order forward.

Your reply to the feedback would be helpful for us to move the order faster and easier.
