问题:我们老客户正在下单一款产品,一个新业务员做EDM营销的时候给这个客户报了 比我合同低于10个点的价格,现在客户很恼火,我跟客户解释了是新业务员报错价格了,但 是客户不相信还说我们骗他,而且他一直发消息质问我,请问我现在应该怎么办?(中东客户很 难缠)。

I can understanding your mood now, sure I really don't know how to convince you now in the prices, because as I mentioned that the email was wrongly sent by a green hand was really difficult to convince you.
