问题:我们利润才5%不到,还想打折5%,但是这个客人是老客人了,做了很多年了, 他们最近海运费猛涨,我们也是知道的,但是我们不可能贴钱来补贴他们,我是想回复他, 我们利润才3%,还要养工人,保持工厂运转,如果你打折5%,我们也要亏2个点。怎么回 复合适呢?

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,

Thank you very much for your kind support in the new order of our xxx product.

1 am very sorry but please share your best understanding that now the Exchange Rate from USD to RMB decreased and raw material cost increased a lot in the past 2 months, actually that means we could keep offering you the same price, you got at least 5% profits from us already.

Please do trust we would sure offer you the discount as long as we have the reasonable profits sure we would help our customers. (As we would have very big potential risk to lose you if I didn't offer you the help.

But as long-term business partners, we should help each other to grow together with reasonable profits so that we can work together further and longer.
