案例57客户再次压价

问题:客户刚刚回复的,但是我们最底价就是$0.358,最低最低也要$0.35真的什么都用 上了。

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,

Apologize for bringing a bad news for you, in fact, we just finish a meeting with all departments in our company.

I am sorry but have to inform you that our material cost is increased 15% from our purchasing dept, and shipping cost is higher 8% even exchange rate is down as I mentioned before, and we will get an increased price inform from our financial dept, in 2 days. Please kindly understand that the time is so limited for us.

We appreciated highly for your kind support of this new order. Sure we believe that our next cooperation would goes up, however, if there are not any profit for business, how we continue ?

I am not sure how your price US$0.33 comes from ? But, please kindly understand that lower price has its accordingly reasons, after we double check our quality and our material suppliers again and again, US$0.358 is our bottom cost, that is our best best best price, you can not find cheaper any more in the market. I don' t know how to use words to describe this complex mind. In a word, we did do our best to meet your need, I also hope that you can understand our hard status.
